Who we are
We are Loyola students with a calling to do ministry on campus to help students know Jesus. We are a multicultural Bible focused Christian group at Loyola University. We meet weekly to read and discuss a passage from the Bible to grow our knowledge and relationship to Jesus.
What we believe
We believe that the Bible is inspired by God, that it is the truth of God,
and we believe in the Apostles' Creed:
"I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
Maker of Heaven and Earth.
And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, dead, and buried.
The third day, He rose again from the dead
He ascended into Heaven,
and sits at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty
From there He shall come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy Church universal,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. Amen."
Our Mission
Our mission is to help students grow spiritually and become lifelong followers of Jesus. We're all about diving into the Bible, studying its teachings, and encouraging Bible journaling and writing testimonies. Our prayers extend to different countries, fostering a global perspective. Additionally, we're committed to nurturing leadership skills by leading small groups in our weekly Bible discussions.
